Privacy Policy
Jahsonvin Momentz, operated by photographer Vincent Nlikiba in Takoradi, Ghana, uses this website to arrange photography and videography services, manage client accounts and deliver photographs. For privacy questions or requests, contact vincnlikiba@gmail.com or 0549460772. This notice describes the studio functions on this website.
Information we handle
We handle account names, email addresses, phone numbers, profile details, booking dates and locations, package choices, instructions, payment references and amounts, invoices, gallery photographs and selections, and messages sent to the studio or Vinto. Technical information such as session identifiers and request information helps secure the service. Avoid supplying unnecessary sensitive information in booking notes or chat.
Why we use it
We use information to respond to your request, provide an agreed service, verify accounts, check appointment availability, process approved payments, deliver work, send service notices, maintain records and prevent misuse. We rely on the appropriate grounds for each purpose, including steps requested before a contract, performance of a service, legal obligations and consent where needed. We do not treat a service booking as permission to send unrelated marketing or publish your private photographs.
Photographs, profiles and children
Private collections are protected by their configured access controls. A public gallery can be seen by other visitors and may be downloaded in the visitor format where enabled. Public profile display requires your opt-in and studio approval. Collection publication is a separate decision. Tell us your preferences before publication; you can withdraw public-profile permission in your dashboard. A paid no-publication choice is recorded with the booking, but the absence of that choice is not consent to publication. A parent or guardian should arrange a child’s session and discuss publication permission with the studio.
Payments and service providers
Paystack handles payment details through its hosted checkout; this site keeps transaction references, amounts, payer details and verification results, not your full card details or mobile-money PIN. Hosting, email and other configured providers process information needed to operate the service. Embedded video or external thumbnails may connect to YouTube or Vimeo; their services have their own privacy notices. We may disclose relevant records where legally required or necessary to address a payment dispute.
Vinto chat
Vinto stores conversations so the studio can respond, including when a human agent joins. If external AI is enabled and you choose to use it, relevant recent visitor and bot messages and public studio information may be sent to the configured AI provider, OpenAI. Common contact details are filtered where possible, but automatic filtering cannot guarantee removal of every personal detail. Do not send secrets or payment credentials. Human handoff sends an alert to the studio; it is not a promise of immediate availability. Chat retention follows the period configured by the studio; the initial setting is 30 days.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary cookies keep you signed in, protect forms and maintain your chat session. Browser storage may remember favourites, a dismissed welcome bubble and a referral code you choose to save. You can clear these in your browser; doing so may reset preferences or sign you out. The studio features described here do not require advertising trackers. Any analytics or marketing tools added later need their own appropriate configuration and notice.
Retention and security
We keep information for the service and record-keeping purposes for which it is needed, including outstanding bookings, accounting and disputes. Account deletion removes the login and public profile; it does not automatically erase booking or payment records or the studio’s photographic work. Gallery availability and archival arrangements depend on your service agreement. Chat records are removed according to the configured retention period. Access controls and protected storage help safeguard private records, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep a backup of your delivered photographs and protect collection passwords.
Your choices and rights
Contact vincnlikiba@gmail.com to ask about your information, request access or correction, withdraw consent, object to a use, or request deletion. We may need to verify your identity and explain information that must be retained. You can change your public-profile choice and delete your account in the dashboard. These actions are separate from cancelling a booking. You may raise a concern with Ghana’s Data Protection Commission if it cannot be resolved with the studio. Provider processing can take place outside Ghana; ask us for details of the providers used for your request.
Updates
We update this notice when studio practices change. The current page is available from the footer. Please contact us if a new feature or provider is not clear to you.
